One after the other, Paige shows no mercy as she shoves each roach under her strong, ruthless bare heels. As they inevitably succumb to the pressure of her feet, their guts ooze, pop and explode out of their bodies, splattering all over her flip-flops and heels.
It’s such a bloodbath, by the end, her heels and flip-flops are completely covered in slimy roach gunk and guts. Complete and utter carnage. Several roaches are still alive and squashed out at the end as she walks off, but they are clearly "defeeted" by Paige.
