One at a time, Paige slides fat hissing cockroaches inside her shoes to be squashed to goo. She verbally taunts them while continuing to add them to her shoes without removing the corpses of the previous. By the end of the video, her shoes are stuffed with squashed bug corpses and bug guts.
Plenty of cruel verbals, laughter and moaning throughout this clip.
